Word document templates for the paperwork your calculators lead to.
We are building a free library of Word and Google Docs templates: invoices, agreements, leases, notices, and career documents, each one connected to a calculator already on this site. This page is the roadmap while they are built.

Roadmap note
Nothing on this page is downloadable yet. Each card links to a working calculator so there is still something useful to do here today.
Are the Word templates going to be free?
Yes. Every Word template on this page is planned as a free download, the same way the Excel templates are: no account, no email address, and no payment required once each one is published.
When will these Word templates be available to download?
We are building this catalog now, one template at a time, and publishing them on a rolling basis. Each template listed here already has a matching calculator on the site, so the fastest way to get value today is to use that calculator while the document is finished.
Will the templates work in Google Docs as well as Microsoft Word?
Yes. Each file will ship as a standard .docx document, which both Microsoft Word and Google Docs can open. To use one in Google Docs, upload the downloaded file to Google Drive and open it with Docs.
What is the difference between a Word template and the online calculator?
The calculator gives you a number in seconds. The Word template gives you the document built around that number, ready to send, sign, or file, such as an invoice, a lease, or a resume. Each template card links back to the calculator it is paired with.
Can I request a specific Word template?
Yes. If there is a document you would find useful that is not on this roadmap, you can send a note through the contact page and it will be considered for a future addition to this catalog.
Will these documents count as legal advice, for example the lease or contract templates?
No. The property and business document templates are drafting starting points, not legal advice. Review any lease, notice, or agreement with someone qualified in your area before you send or sign it, since requirements vary by state and country.
