Lean body mass: \(170 \times (1 - 0.180) \approx 139.5\) lb. Skeletal muscle mass (Lee-style limb-girth estimate): approximately 76.1 lb.

Fat-Free Mass Index: \(63.3\text{ kg} / (1.753\text{ m})^2 \approx 20.6\), and Normalized FFMI (height-adjusted to 1.8 m): \(\approx 20.9\) — solidly above the 18–20 average range for men, consistent with an above-average level of muscularity.
