## ARPU vs. ARPPU: why both matter

Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) = Total Revenue ÷ Total Active Users. Average Revenue Per Paying User (ARPPU) = Total Revenue ÷ Paying Customers. Customer Conversion Rate = (Paying Customers ÷ Active Users) × 100.
